As our world has been turned upside down by extraordinary uncertainty in recent months, I've found art therapy to be a light shining the way forward. Even in the most trying days, words of inspiration and visions of colors that begged for paint on canvas danced in my head. I worked passionately for months- with hands and mind so fully immersed in expressing the positive messages my heart wanted to share, the anxieties of these challenging times couldn't find a way in. Art is amazing like that.
